The view at Villa Victoria is what all the visitors of the property remember the most, a continuous panorama of ocean, island, coastline and mountains! The view extends over 270°, and cannot be taken away by new construction. The view at night is also just as spectacular as you can see lights from Anguilla as well as the beautiful lighting from surrounding area. The villa’s two-level space, 3 bedroom, 4 bath, patios, veranda, outside decks and private infinity pool join together in a flowing space and are bordered by lush foliage.

The main level offers spacious living and dining areas, exquisitely furnished in imported teak and mahogany. The living area is a cozy family area with a/c, flat screen tv, DVD player, stereo with CD player, sofa bed, and desk. The immaculate kitchen offers granite counter tops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances.

Another WOW feature is that when the villa was rebuilt (after Irma) it was built to sustain winds of up to 360km/h. The owners had help from a friend who was the Chief Technical Officer of Airbus Space and Defence in Paris to help re-design and improve the structure of the property. According to the architect, Villa Victoria is one of the strongest buildings in St Maarten.
