About this property

A million dollar view! From the property there’s a spectacular panoramic view over the Caribbean Sea and also the Atlantic Ocean including a phenomenal view of the islands of St Kitts where behind also the island Nevis can be seen. On the other side of the road next to the property begins the foot of the dormant volcano named the Quill, where alongside the famous limestone formation White Wall emerges from the sea. At the far end of the road near to the property is the historic clifftop battery called Fort de Windt built 1756.
Due to its location there is mostly a cooling and very pure wind blowing which is supplied by the trade winds that have travelled almost 4000 miles over the Atlantic Ocean.
It is also to be noted that due to the strait next of the property it is possible to spot migrating humpback whales in the period January to June.
