Iris House is located 1400 ft above sea level in the charming village of Windwardside and within walking distance of restaurants. The house is a traditional Saban Cottage which has been lovingly maintained. Set on a 1/4 acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, the house consists of 2 bedrooms each with its own private bath and shower, living room with cable TV and fully equipped kitchen. Dining is enjoyed in the secluded courtyard dining area off the living room or next to the pool.

Iris House is the perfect getaway spot for those wanting to enjoy everything that Saba, the “Unspoiled Queen”, has to offer. Outside, a covered balcony with spectacular ocean views is the perfect place for a drink or just to curl up with your favorite book. Sun worshipers can relax on the huge deck surrounding the pool with great views of the Caribbean. Cool drinks are always close by in the gazebo with full wet bar.

For one or two people, the daily rate is $260 per night.
For three or four people, add $20 per person per night.
Price includes 5% island tax. 3-night minimum stay.
